Jack Frost Lighting has served California for over three decades. What started in 1992 as a Central Valley operation now spans five regional clusters and 40+ cities — from the historic Victorians of San Francisco to the family neighborhoods of Sacramento, from Silicon Valley estates to Napa Valley wine-country properties, and from the Central Valley agricultural corridor to the Las Vegas Strip.

Our published city list covers our most active markets, but we frequently install in adjacent unincorporated areas, smaller Bay Area suburbs, and communities that border our listed cities. If we can reasonably reach your address from our Ripon HQ or an existing route, we’ll quote it.
How far do you travel from your Ripon headquarters?
Our regular service radius covers everything within about 2 hours of Ripon — that’s roughly Fresno to the south, Sacramento and Fairfield to the north, the entire Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose) to the west, and up into wine country. Las Vegas is served through our dedicated Nevada operations as a separate market.
Do you have dedicated crews for different regions?
Yes. During install season we run dedicated Sacramento, East Bay, South Bay/Peninsula, and North Bay crews — not a single team routing across the whole state. That means faster response times, more scheduling flexibility, and consistent install quality no matter which of our 40+ cities you’re in.
Does pricing vary by region?
Yes — slightly. Central Valley homes typically start lower, Bay Area and Silicon Valley markets tend higher due to multi-story homes, hillside access, and Victorian architecture, and Napa Valley/wine-country premium properties can go higher still. Do you handle commercial and HOA properties statewide?
Yes — commercial and HOA lighting is a core specialty across every market we serve. We carry commercial-grade insurance, provide COI and W-9 documentation, add additional insureds as required, and can accommodate off-hours installation to avoid disrupting your operations.
