Commercial Christmas Light Installation
The crew trusted by the Golden State Warriors, Walmart, Target, and Chick-fil-A. Fully insured commercial holiday lighting for retailers, hotels, HOAs, and corporate campuses across California.
The commercial holiday lighting company brands actually trust.
Jack Frost Lighting installed the holiday lighting at Chase Center for the Golden State Warriors’ inaugural season. We handle Walmart and Target locations, Chick-fil-A restaurants, Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad’s holiday train display, and Black Oak Casino Resort’s seasonal transformation. When a venue that hosts 18,000 people per night trusts you with their exterior lighting, it says something about your insurance, your reliability, and your crew.
For over three decades we’ve handled commercial holiday lighting for retailers, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, office parks, HOA common areas, and corporate campuses across California. We understand what commercial clients need that residential installers can’t offer: proper insurance limits, certificates of insurance, additional-insured endorsements, W-9 documentation, off-hours and overnight installation, and rapid in-season outage response when a display goes dark during your busiest shopping weekend.
Whether it’s a single storefront, a multi-building retail center, an HOA entrance, or a full corporate campus, we design, install, maintain, take down, and store the entire project — with the documentation and reliability your business and its insurers require.
What businesses get that homeowners don’t.
Commercial lighting isn’t just a bigger residential job. These are the things your property manager, GC, and insurer actually ask for.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes — Jack Frost Lighting is fully licensed and insured with general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto insurance well above California state minimums. Certificates of insurance (COI) are available on request, and we can add additional insureds as required by your property management or corporate procurement team.
Can you install during off-hours to avoid disrupting business?
Yes. We routinely schedule overnight and off-hours installation for retailers, hotels, and office properties so the work never disrupts your customers, tenants, or operations. We coordinate directly with your property manager or facilities team on access and timing.
What happens if our display goes dark during the season?
We offer rapid in-season outage response for commercial accounts — because a dark display during your busiest shopping weekend isn’t acceptable. Call or text and we prioritize commercial outage calls, typically responding same-day during peak season.
Do you provide COI, W-9, and additional-insured endorsements?
Yes to all three. We provide certificates of insurance, W-9 documentation, and additional-insured endorsements on request. We work with property-management companies, general contractors, and corporate procurement teams regularly and understand their documentation requirements.
Do you work with HOAs and property management companies?
Yes — HOA and property-managed accounts are a core specialty. We prepare board-ready design documentation for approval, coordinate with management companies on access and scheduling, and handle common areas, entrances, and community monuments. Build in extra lead time, as HOA approvals commonly take 4–8 weeks.
When should we book commercial holiday lighting?
Book by April for commercial and HOA properties. Commercial-grade product needs longer lead times, HOA board approvals can take 4–8 weeks, and off-hours install scheduling fills quickly. Booking early secures your preferred install window and documentation timeline.
“Jack Frost handled our entire property — on schedule, fully documented, and they were back same-day when we had one section flicker. Exactly what you want from a commercial vendor.”
