Large-scale installation is a different discipline than residential or standard commercial work. How far in advance should we book a large-scale project?
As early as possible — ideally in the spring for a fall/winter installation. Large-scale projects require design, engineering, power planning, permitting where applicable, product lead times, and crew scheduling. The earlier we start, the more ambitious the final result can be. We’ll build a project timeline during initial consultation.
Can you work around our operations and event schedule?
Yes — that’s essential for venues like casinos, resorts, and railroads that run continuously. We coordinate installation around your operating hours, event calendar, and guest experience, including overnight and off-hours work. We’ve installed at venues that never truly close.
Do you maintain the display during its run?
Yes. A high-visibility public display can’t go dark. We provide in-season maintenance and rapid outage response for the entire run of your installation — because at this scale, a failed section isn’t just an inconvenience, it affects the guest experience and your brand.
